The time at the hostelwas magical. Being so immersed in the beautiful nature surrounded by like-minded and kind people. I was there over the holiday period when the pace was a little slower, but we completed many kitchen upgrades and learned a lot about eating as zero waste as possible with the local plants.

The hostelfoi um encontro maravilhoso na natureza. Que juntou gente muito bonita. Esta experiência imersiva na Serra Nevada permitiu-me desenvolver mais consciência sobre a importância da preservação ambiental e da natureza assim como desenvolver hábitos alimentares saudáveis e sustentáveis. Além disso tive a oportunidade de demostrar a minha parte criativa, na construção de objectos artísticos. De superar algumas barreiras interpessoais e o mais importante de me divertir muito durante todo este processo. Guardo esta experiência para a vida, principalmente pelas pessoas que ali encontrei.

Thisthe the hostelis nestled in thethethethe hostel, adventurous and beautiful. Our favourite part of this experience was the small community of volunteers we shared it with. Daan is kind and helpful. The volunteer activities are clear and volunteers have the freedom to do them in their own way and at their own pace. The meals are very healthy and tasty.

Fue una experiencia genial, aprender a vivir en l jungla con pocas comodidades, te hace ver lo afortunado que eres, en la mañana trabajas, en la tarde descansas, puedes hacer tubing e ir al río o puedes acostarte en una red en medio de los árboles, sin duda un gran experiencia. Súper necesario y recomendable pantalones para reducir las picaduras de mosquito que pueden ser demasiado, pero todo es parte de la experiencia, Gracias a Daan por permitirme vivir esta experiencia

I really had an amazing time at thethethethe hostel. Even tough Daan was gone almost the whole time there were many great things to do and I got to learn some new things, get to know new people and just enjoy the nature. The vibe is very relaxed and you feel like in a family. Thank you Daan and Jair for that great time <3

The hostelis an amazing place to reconnect with nature, meet travelers from all over the world, learn about thethe the hosteland sustainable life and eat amazing food. Daan is a great guy with a lot of fun ideas to keep improving the place. The work is chill and fun, and the afternoons are your free time to explore, swim, play games or enjoy the environment. A truly unique experience that i would recommend to anyone!

Es un espacio verdaderamente mágico, perfecto para desconectar del ruido de las ciudades y disfrutar de la naturaleza salvaje, así como conocer a bellas personas también con quienes compartir buenos momentos. Se trabajan unas pocas horas por la mañana, trabajo físico pero perfectamente asumible, y luego se va alternando el turno de cocinar, cada día le toca a una persona diferente. Eso sí, se tiene que entender que, al ser un sitio autoconstruido y aislado, no hay tantas comodidades como en un el hostelde ciudad, pero también es parte de la experiencia :)

Really wildthe the hostelexperience. Familiar environment. If you're looking for an adventure, see wild animals, learn about sustainability andthe hostel-hostels, thats your place. Daan, the host, is kind and works on creating a good relationship with the volunteers, i had a misunderstanding with him about what i was supposed to do work in, but ended up happily due to his good willing to solve the problems and his honesty.

My time here was short due to medical reasons. But in that short period of time I learned alot and had so much fun. Big shoutout to Jair, it was awesome to work with you :)
