Dettagli del programma

How It Works

When you join the program, you become part of a team dedicated to empowering local people through education, health, entrepreneurship, environmental conservation, and infrastructure development. Volunteers choose an area of interest — such as teaching, women’s empowerment, farming, or construction — and are guided by local coordinators throughout their stay.

Each volunteer receives an orientation and cultural briefing on arrival. You’ll learn about the community, local customs, language basics (Kiswahili phrases), and safety guidelines. After orientation, you’ll be introduced to your project placement — a school, women’s group, health center, or community site — depending on your chosen area and skills.

Attività e turni

Daily Schedule
A typical volunteer day starts around 8:00 a.m. and ends by 3:00 p.m., depending on the project. Afternoons are free for rest, local exploration, cultural activities, or language learning. Volunteers often join community events, farm visits, coffee processing workshops, or youth discussions in the evenings.
