I am building a new snorkel adventure agency in Hurghada, Red Sea called "Hakuna Matata". You will stay in redNERD-Coliving Hurghada and will be snorkeling 3 times / week on a large Yacht. (2xsnorkeling, Lunch and stay on an Paradise Island). As our Marketing & Branding Volunteer, you’ll help shape the soul of our new brand.

Our goal is to share the beauty of the ocean in a relaxed, authentic, and sustainable way — true to our name: Hakuna Matata (“no worries”). We’re currently building our brand identity and online presence, and we’re looking for a creative, motivated volunteer to help us grow! You will spend up to 3 days a week on a Motor Yacht (8am-4pm) and will work together with me on this project. You will stay at redNERD-Coliving Hurghada together with other guests from all over the world - Who come here together to work and life in community.

What we value:
Experience in branding, social media, or digital marketing
Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
A creative mind and passion for travel, the sea, and storytelling
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
English required
Good swimming skills

Lets create "HAKUNA MATATA" and share the wonders of the Red Sea with people from all over the world. You will spend 3 days a week on a Motor Yacht (8am-4pm) and will be responsible for eye-catching content for offline & online sales. Flexible schedule (we care more about creativity than strict hours)

As our Marketing & Branding Volunteer, you’ll help shape the soul of our new brand.
Your tasks include:
1. Developing Brand Identity & Strategy – contribute ideas for the visual style, logo usage, and storytelling.
2. Creating Marketing Materials – design and prepare content for flyers, reels, photos, and short videos for online and offline use.
3. Social Media Content Creation – plan, shoot, and edit reels and photos for Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
4. Account Management – update and engage on all social media accounts and assist in maintaining our homepage.
5. Marketing & Advertising Strategy – brainstorm and implement ideas for online and local promotion.
