As our digital volunteer, you'll be the creative force shaping our online personality. You'll craft captivating content, grow our social communities, and optimize our listings to attract travelers from around the globe. This is a unique chance to gain real-world portfolio experience, see the direct impact of your work, and live in the heart of Tirana. Help us tell the story of our "Social, Relaxed, Homey" hostel to the world!

What you offer

20 hours of help per week (Flexible schedule)

Social Media Marketing: Create & schedule posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Content Writing: Write engaging blog posts, guest newsletters, and compelling descriptions for our website and listings.
Photography: Take high-quality photos of the hostel, our rooms, and the local area.
Listing Optimization: Help us improve and update our profiles on Booking.com, Airbnb, Hostelworld, etc.
What you get

2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: A comfortable bed in one of our dorms with memory foam mattresses, privacy curtains, and a personal locker.
Lunch & Breakfast: Free breakfast and lunch are provided every day.
Free Laundry: Keep your travel clothes fresh.
Use our equipped kitchen: Make your own meals whenever you like.
Fast Internet Access: Reliable, high-speed wifi for all your creative work.
Prime Location: Live just a 7-10 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square.

Requirements

Intermediate English
Over 18 years old
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Skills in photography, writing, or content creation
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation, and Visa.

We're a new hostel with a story to tell, and we need your help to tell it! Your primary focus will be on making Alina Hostel famous online.

🛠️ What You'll Do

Content Creation: Develop a content calendar. Write blog posts about life in Tirana, create engaging captions, and design visual stories that showcase our unique vibe.
Social Media Growth: Manage our social accounts, interact with followers, and use creative strategies to grow our audience and engagement.
Photo & Video Shoots: Capture the essence of our hostel—from the cozy common areas to the comfortable dorms and the social atmosphere.
Listing Optimization: Audit our current listings on platforms like Booking.com and suggest/write improvements to increase our visibility and bookings.
🕐 Your Schedule

Volunteers help for 20 hours per week, with 2 days off.
We offer a flexible schedule—we care about results, not clock-watching. You can often choose your own working hours to fit your creative flow and travel plans.
