I had a great time at the Center. The people were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful. Working in the garden and helping prepare meals was both rewarding and enjoyable. I learned so much during my time there, from practical garden knowledge to mindfulness practices, and through shared experiences with the other volunteers. There was a real sense of community. Overall, it was an amazing opportunity to reset and reflect, while eating healthy and living simply. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful and fun experience.

Volunteering at the Center for a month was an incredible and enriching experience. The place is deep in nature, which makes it easy to unplug from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. I met wonderful, open-hearted people from different backgrounds, joined yoga and meditation sessions, and explored the stunning Algarve region on my days off using the shared car. The work during programs can be intense, but it's totally fair considering the delicious vegetarian food, cozy rooms, and peaceful vibe. I highly recommend this magical place to anyone seeking inner balance!

My experience at the Center was amazing! In the first days I felt some discomfort - this place holds a lot of energy! But then I started a deep inner journey. I had many moments of solitude, reflection, connection with nature, and felt a powerful cleanse. The hosts and most of the staff were very kind. I joined yoga and meditation classes when I could, and even participated in the detox fasting program, for which I'm deeply grateful. Having a car for volunteers is a huge plus! Work can be intense during the program, but fair. It's definitely a place I recommend :) MV is magical! <3

I'm very greatful for my 7weeks@ MV! Espacially for having the opportunity to support the facilitators with offering body-mind-connection talks, Meditation&Breathwork evenings,conscious-nature walks& 2h-Yoga classes! This experience gave me a space to learn&grow professionaly.I also juiced&cooked a lot& even could participate at 7-days-juice-detox:)This place is perfect to connect with nature& has a lot to offer, even when its sometimes chaotic& emotional-due to lots of volunteers coming,going&living together&little time to explain/communicate well as everyone is busy.Thanks for the learnings*

I greatly enjoyed my stay on this magical land with the most beautiful people <3 I'd wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone, I'm so grateful for all the beautiful beings I got to share space and time with. This land is a catalyst for a new understanding of self, I cherish every lesson and puzzle piece in my inner world that got to unravel. Honored that it's a page in my journey. If you enjoy nature, organic nourishing food, agriculture, meditation, animals, heart centered connection ; then this is the experience for you.

After month of living and working at MV, I left with a new family, world of wisdom and knowledge, experience running the company's social media accounts, and countless unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who feels called to embrace this sort of opportunity. Though chaos inherently accompanies community-style living, especially with retreats being run constantly, this type of experience is exactly what you make of it. Living in this community was an invaluable experience that I will hold close forever- I highly recommend it to those who feel called to embrace an experience such as this one. Though there is a bit of chaos that inherently comes with living in a community of constantly rotating volunteers with retreats happening often, I believe experiences like these are exactly what you make of them.
