We’re looking for an easy-going, super social volunteer to join our hostel family and keep the good vibes alive in the off-season! 🏖️🍻 Spend 4–5h a day leading guests to fun activities (beach days, pub crawls, party boat…), help with Instagram (fun pics & reels), and spread positive energy. We offer free stay, 1 meal/day & a super chilled atmosphere. 💫

👉 What you’ll do:

Chill 4–5 hours a day with daily hostel activities (1 day off per week – flexible).
Take guests on fun stuff like beach days, painting & wine (beer in our case 😉), walking tours, pub crawls, party boats and more.
Be part of the crew that makes everyone feel welcome – lots of laughs, chats & connections.
Run our Instagram in a casual way – post funny/reel-style videos, event pics, guest moments. No pro editing skills, just good energy and creativity! 🎥📸✨

Attività e turni

Until the end of September, you’ll be working together with another volunteer. From October onwards, you’ll be the solo volunteer in charge of events only.

Regole

We expect you to be reliable, flexible and full of positive vibes. Work as a team with another volunteer until September, and from October you’ll be flying solo – making events and social media your playground!
