Dettagli del programma

As part of our hostel security team, your main role is to keep the space safe, respectful, and fun for all guests. You’ll:

- Monitor the entrance at day/night to ensure only registered guests come inside.
- Walk around common areas to make sure hostel rules (like no smoking inside, respect for others, no outside alcohol in rooms, etc.) are followed.
- Calm down drunk or loud guests and handle conflicts with a friendly but firm approach.
- Step in during busy hours to support staff with guest flow, luggage, or crowd control.
- Look after the property and report any suspicious behavior, damages, or problems to management.
- Be a visible presence that makes guests feel comfortable and secure.

This role is perfect for confident, sporty, reliable people who know how to stay calm under pressure, treat others with respect, and still enjoy the social atmosphere of a hostel.

5 hours for each shift, day or night, with 2 days off a week.
Breakfast is included and staff discounts on everything at the hostel.
