My time at Ellas the eco village was unbelievable no doubt. The work that I did was so fulfilling every day that it never really felt like work. Ilan snd Limor are some of the most genuine and down to earth individuals you will ever meet in your life. I was fed so well and ate so healthy it made me look at the vegetarian life in a whole new mindset. They were such great host and made me feel like I was back home. I had the greatest time of my life and I do plan on eventually returning in the future. I would recommend this volunteering opportunity to anybody I meet.

Wow! Ilan and Limor made us feel like home from the very start, the eco village that they are building is full of peace (Ella in greek), here you can really breathe the silence, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy breathtaking sunsets and quiet beaches, Agiokampos is the place for you, sadly we could only stay for one week, we helped around making stairs, cleaning the land and their wonderful olive trees (which are thousand years old!) planting and harvesting some vegetables and even made some pyrography, it is a wonderful project, we wish you the best of lucks.
