We are a friendly language community; located in a breathtaking mountain town in Northern Vietnam. Our hope is, for the students to gain both language and life skills to help them improve their life. Pan comes from the Mong Community, and intimately knows their struggles with poverty. That's why she feels so strongly about what she is doing to improve their lives. We are excited to have you join our mission to make life for our community easier.

Dettagli del programma

1 . Teach English communication to children and adults who have never had the opportunity to have a full education. Your contribution will directly help them gain better opportunities and financial success in the future.
2. Teach the students life skills and soft skills to help improve their confidence for when they are ready to work.
3. Join us in running our coffee shop and organize cultural exchange workshops.

Our goal is to provide low cost education to our local community, and open doors for them for future opportunities. We are looking for fluent English speakers with a kind heart, patience, and a love for cultural exchange. Here you can experience the real Vietnam. Here you can make a meaningful contribution, teaching and inspiring students from adverse backgrounds. The center is located in a coffee shop, where foreigners can come by and engage with the students. Here we have workshops for you to learn about the fascinating Mong Culture. The students would also love to learn about other counties and cultures they you may have experienced. Here you can see the students confidence increase as a result of your time and presence with them. You will get the satisfaction that comes from knowing you are actually making an unforgettable difference in someone's life.

Attività e turni

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic volunteers to help teach English to local children and adults. You can organize real-life dialogues, games, and cultural workshops. You will teach English and can share life skills. Our goal is to give the local community access to better opportunities through language and cultural exchange. You will also get a chance to eat meals with the students, who are very happy to meet you and spend time with you. You will get the support you need to teach , so don't worry about experience. As long as you are passionate about engaging with the students, you will do well here. Be present and real, and you will do great. We look forward to having you!
