The LAST conservation project is an amazing time to learn about the shelter in pacuare and have a hands on job helping conserve, working along side the biologists is truly amazing! the accommodations and work are great! be prepared for lots of labor with a high reward seeing the baby the shelter and releasing them!

It was incredible, the work they do is amazing and the people involved were passionate and dedicated. The work was more difficult/tiring than expected but well worth it.

This was a really great experience. There are very few places in the world left like Parcuare, where nature hasn't yet been modified by humans. The work and conditions aren't always the easiest or the best to deal with, but not only does this make the work even more fulfilling, there is also a great group of volunteers, research assistants and locals always willing to help. Nicki was also very communicative and clear and very helpful with anything needed. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking an adventure and to step out of their comfort zone.
