You’ll be a great fit if you:
✅ Are friendly and outgoing
✅ Love organizing social or cultural activities

✅ Feel comfortable in a multicultural environment
✅ Are fluent in English (basic Spanish is a plus!)
✅ Can commit for 4 to 8+ weeks

We are an international team based on Ecuador’s stunning coast, where students from all over the world come to learn Spanish, surf, and soak up the vibrant culture. 🇪🇨🌞

As an intern, you’ll support our team with daily tasks, student engagement, and activity organization. It’s the perfect mix of responsibility and fun — ideal for travelers who want to grow personally and professionally while enjoying the best of Latin America.

You'll leave with improved Spanish, international friendships, and memories that last a lifetime!

You'll help with organizing and promoting our weekly student activities, including:

🧘 Yoga classes
💃 Salsa classes
🏄 Surf sessions
🤿 Diving & snorkeling
🐴 Horseback riding
🌊 Beach cleanups
⚽ Football & volleyball games
🎨 Cultural workshops & more!

Expect around 25 hours/week of help, with 2 days off to relax, explore, or hit the waves!
