Join the team at Montenegro Hostel 4U, a lively beachside hostel in Kotor, and help create an unforgettable experience for travelers from around the world. Volunteers assist with housekeeping, kayak/SUP rentals, and help run social activities like drinking games and pub crawls. In exchange, you'll get free accommodation, access to hostel events, and the chance to live and work in one of Montenegro’s most beautiful locations.

Hostel4U was my first time ever volunteering through Worldpackers, and it could not have been more perfect. While it was of the most beautiful places I've ever been, the people you meet there is what makes the place so special. Volunteers become family, and it became a running joke that guests couldn't stop extending their stay. This place will stay in my heart forever, and thank you Blazo for being such a good boss, and making my first volunteer experience so special!

This was possibly the best first volunteering I could have done. The team, Blazo, the location, the hostel - everything was so amazing and rewarding. I had the best 3.5 weeks ever, making the bbq, changing the beds, and most importantly, joining in team bonding & getting to know the guests! Could not recommend more!!! Miss the hostel!

This was one of the best months of my life and it's all thanks to Blazo and the other volunteers. The work is very straightforward and easy, shifts are usually no longer than 4 hours and most people worked 5 days per week. The hostel itself feels like family and guests were immediately brought in to the group. There are lots of activities to do in Kotor and you have the time to do all of them. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Kotor and meet some very good people :)

I had a great experience volunteering in this hostel and I highly recommend it to all people that want to meet interesting people, feel and be a part of a little community. The work in itself wasn't hard or too much, even though waking up for the morning shift after a night of drinking is always interesting. Big props to Blazo, the manager, for always making sure me and the other volunteers are okay and that the schedule is balanced and fair to all. Much love for Radulka, and the whole team for their generosity and kindness! The charm of the town and the locals is unreal, go volunteer!!<3

Best volunteer experience I've ever had, stayed for two months because this place has felt like a home away from home in so many ways, and the time of my life all at the same time. Tasks were very simple and never too much and the atmosphere is unmatched. This goes to show how much of an amazing person Blazo is to be able to curate such an environment that feels like this not only for volunteers but for guests as well since both would often extend and want to stay longer. Truly a place and people that will have such a special place in my heart. the hostel 4life!!!
