Volunteering at Steffi's place in Klein warnow was a great opportunity. Steffi is a very friendly and welcoming person, as so are her parents. Klein Warnow is a beautiful village, full off green fields and a beautiful forest. Her horses are very sweet, it was great that most of the work involved taking care of them and keeping the place clean. I had a very peaceful stay and I would recommend it for anyone who loves the countryside and horses.

I had a wonderful time with Stefanie and her parents and enjoyed working with the horses. The work was not too difficult and the environment was very relaxed and flexible. Stefanie and her family were very kind to arrange to collect and drop me off at both at the beginning and end of my stay as well as on my days off so I could visit Redefin national stud and take the train to Berlin. Stefanie is very friendly and good company to chat to in the evenings as well! I would recommend this to anyone who likes horses and being outside in the flat open countryside.

I had a great time on the farm with Stefanie and her parents. I felt very welcomed by their hospitality, where they made me feel at home the second they picked me up from the train station. The chores were very easy, where I picked up the manure and fed the horses each day. Stefanie also took me into Ludwigslust which was a lot of fun. Overall it was exactly what I was looking for
