Dettagli del programma

You’ll be based at Lotide Lombok, our surf & chill hostel just minutes from the beach. The atmosphere here is all about slow mornings, surf sessions, sunsets, yoga, and meaningful connections. We also work closely with our sister hostels, one of which is known for its fun party scene, so you’ll have the chance to experience both sides of Lombok life!

What we’re looking for:
✅ Friendly and sociable personality
✅ Basic understanding of surf theory & ocean safety
✅ Able to help guests feel comfortable in and out of the water
✅ Bonus if you have photography/videography or social media skills!
✅ Knowing surf spot in Lombok (optional)

What you’ll do:
🌊 Help coordinate and promote daily and package surf sessions
📋 Share surf forecasts and spot tips with guests
🙌 Be part of our community and support events
🏄 Encourage surf stoke and good vibes!
