Mi experiencia en el hostal fue, en general, positiva. Las tareas que debía realizar eran sencillas, bien explicadas desde el primer día y se respetaban los horarios de trabajo establecidos, lo cual valoro mucho. Es importante mencionar que el alojamiento, especialmente las áreas comunes y el espacio donde duermen los voluntarios, a veces requiere un poco más de mantenimiento y limpieza. Aun así, el ambiente fue bueno y la experiencia enriquecedora.

El lugar muy comodo, bonito, tranquilo, muy agradable al hospedarse, centrico, limpio ; durante mi estancia hubo cambio de administracion asi que termine realizando actividades diferentes a las propuestas inicialmente pero me adapte a las necesidades que tenian en el momento; estuve en cocina como ayudante de cocina, lavaloza y limpieza , asi que no tuve una mayor experiencia puesto que solo limpiaba.

My time on the hostel was good. I practiced a lot my Spanish and people were always supportive on helping to learn Spanish. I could learn a lot of Mexican culture and people were always kind and helpful. Also, surfing almost everyday was amazing.

My time here was a blast! I mainly lead the tours to the turtle rescue activity every morning and it was so fulfilling!! Taking care of the babies and cleaning up the beach was a great start to the day. When I went, use of surfboards was free and there was always lunch available for free for volunteers. The staff are very friendly and will help you improve your Spanish if you're like me and came in less than fluent. Hours are respected and there is plenty of free time. The dorm was clean and comfortable. I would love to come again and definitely recommend it, thank you for having me!!

Me encantó estar con the hostel, es un hostal muy lindo rodeado de gente amable, Sayulita es un lugar muy bueno para estar! Yo estuve encargada de tomar fotografías y me la pasé muy bien

I had the best time at the hostel. Everybody, from the staff to the volunteers and local people that hang out here are incredibly nice. The activities are really fun and a great way to meet new people from all over the world. Also you will get one meal per day and it was always really good. I felt so welcome here and the karaoke nights were one of the best nights of my life. If you volunteer here, definitely check out the surfschool that is located within the hostel! There is a reason everybody calls this place “stayulita”, you will absolutely fall in love this the place and the people.

Deisy and Astrid were the managers at this location during my time here and they were all nice and friendly. The other staff members such as Grecia, Enrique, Eric, and Luis were also great and I was able to practice my Spanish here with them. I also was able to participate in Mexican activities such as loteria and cantaritos painting, and visit the beach for the hostel activities. This is a great place to meet travelers from all over and make friends easily. Overall, I had a great experience at the hostel and the staff made it a great workplace.

The hostel was a great experience! I felt like I was at a hotel resorts while staying here at the hostel! Daisy was an amazing host and showed us around and made us feel really comfortable! I highly recommend this place, literally minutes from the beach and from the best tacos and salsa dancing. I will return soon.
