Dettagli del programma

Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram and Facebook (photos, reels, stories, posts)

Capture daily life at the hotel: nature scenes, activities, guests (with permission), food, and more

Help respond to comments and messages

Assist in creating basic content plans or calendars

Suggest new ideas to grow engagement and reach

Monitor basic analytics (reach, likes, shares)

Work Schedule:
Flexible hours (approx. 4–5 hours per day), with freedom to capture content throughout the day

Opportunity to combine with other roles if desired (e.g., guest assistance, bar, reception)

Preferred Skills:
Experience using Instagram and Facebook (including Stories and Reels)

Basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, InShot or similar)

Creative eye for nature, hospitality, and lifestyle content

Good writing skills (English or Spanish)

Drone skills or photography experience is a big plus!

Social media marketing or branding experience is a bonus

Regole

🕐 Working Hours & Punctuality
Be on time for your scheduled shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or flexible hours depending on your role).

Respect the agreed daily work schedule (typically 5 hours per day depending on the task).

If you need a day off or feel unwell, notify the manager in advance.

🧼 Cleanliness & Respect
Keep your personal space, shared rooms, and volunteer areas clean and tidy.

Help maintain order in the kitchen, bar, and other work areas after your shift.

Respect the cabins, nature, and facilities as if they were your own.

🗣️ Respectful Behavior
Treat all staff, guests, and fellow volunteers with kindness and respect.

Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, even during busy times.

Avoid loud or disruptive behavior, especially at night.

📵 Phone Use
Avoid using your phone during work hours unless it’s for content creation (if you're on the social media team).

Respect guest privacy when taking photos or videos — always ask for permission before including them in content.

🌿 Eco-Friendly Practices
Help us care for the environment by avoiding plastic waste and conserving water and energy.

Respect wildlife and avoid leaving trash in nature areas.

🚭 Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

No alcohol consumption is allowed during working hours or while on duty.

🐾 Pets & Animals
If you bring a pet (with prior approval), make sure it doesn’t disturb guests or wildlife.

Treat animals on the property with care and caution.

🔐 Security & Confidentiality
Do not enter restricted areas (storage, offices, private rooms) without permission.

Respect all confidential hotel matters (finances, bookings, staff issues).
