My experience at the hostel was very good. I really liked the room I stayed in, only for women, the beds with curtains for our best privacy and also very comfortable. The food was the one from the restaurant so it wasn't so healthy... but very tasty! The cooks are very nice people, thank you all very much! Oh, they do double shift, I didn't like it very much but then you get used to it and see that it's not that heavy. The workers are very nice people, Ade and Morena my sincere thanks to you, Caveri and Maesh too. See you one day, my friends! ❤️

I had a good experience. The whole team is super friendly, the work was as agreed. Just a comment about the meals, because when I signed up it said offer three meals but it's not just one (and don't expect something healthy haha)

My experience at the hostel & the hostel was amazing. Morena and Ade are great, fun people, the cooks are wonderful, and I made good friends during my volunteer work

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel. Ade is a wonderful guy, very genuine, funny, and always flexible. The tasks range from housekeeping to reception and bar work. I loved working in the bar and making memories with the bar locals. They even invited me to spend Christmas with them and their families when I come back to visit in December 🥹 I will definitely be popping in to say hello the next time I am in London. Thank you so much for being my home for these last 6 weeks and being a new part of my ever-growing international family! ❤️

Tuve tres días libres 😃, las tareas son muy agotadoras porqué hay turno en la mañana y en la noche. Sin embargo pude hacer amigos allá 🩷, la cena que nos dan no es muy saludable pero yo pedia algunos ingredientes para hacer mi cena😋, los cocineros no son muy amables pero trate de sobrellevar la situación. Ade siempre trato de hacerme sentir cómoda y respetada y eso lo agradezco mucho 🤗. Solo una noche me pasaron a una habitación mixta y después siempre estuve en la habitación femenina ☺️, Como voluntaria compartí el cuarto con otras huéspedes, evite peleas porque va toda clase de gente.

Things was being ok, with a little trouble with the housekeeping manager that is very strict and expect you to meet her demands even if you're new to this. Everything changed when I was victim of a physical aggression by one of the guest. The owner never asked if I was ok, but he blamed me saying that I have no emotional control (even after been handling with the problem for 8h) and I made things escalate. He also didn't like when I called the police saying that because he use volunteers it could cause him trouble. He ended up expelling me from the hostel in the middle of the night. Awful.

I had a great experience in the hostel. The hours of work were pretty fair, is not hard work and Ade, the manager, is really comprehensive about it. He was always caring about how we were feeling, asking daily about it and trying that everything goes alright for us. I had plenty of free time to discover London and I had a great time with the rest of volunteers, they were so nice, like the rest of the employees working there. I will definitely go back there one day!
