The working environment is young, dynamic, and creative, where teamwork and open communication are highly encouraged. Volunteers get hands-on experience by joining real tours and engaging directly with guests at the homestay. It’s a supportive and friendly space that values new ideas, learning, and cultural exchange, offering plenty of opportunities to develop skills and meet people from around the world.

Attività e turni

Your main tasks will include joining local tours to nearby villages and attractions, engaging with guests at the homestay, and creating content such as blog posts, social media videos, and photos to promote our experiences online. You’ll be responsible for writing in English, capturing meaningful moments through videos or photos, and sharing them on our website and social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You'll also help welcome guests, collect feedback, and contribute ideas to improve the overall experience. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in a young, dynamic, and creative environment, build your portfolio, improve your English writing and communication skills, and make unforgettable memories in Vietnam. We offer flexibility, fun, a chance to join local tours, and a certificate of participation upon completion. Regole

Work Schedule: Volunteers must follow the agreed schedule, arrive on time for tours and working sessions.

Content Quality: All written articles, photos, and videos must be truthful, original, and respectful of copyright. Language should be appropriate and professional. You will need to writte for us 1 blog / 2 days.

Work Attitude: Volunteers should respect colleagues, guests, and local culture, maintain a positive and proactive attitude, and support the team.

Confidentiality: Do not share any internal information or personal data of guests without permission.

Equipment Use: Use cameras, video devices, and other tools responsibly and only for work purposes. Take care of all shared equipment.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules during tours and outdoor activities.

Reporting: Keep your team leader updated on your progress and report any issues promptly.
