We aim to keep it flexible and creator-friendly. Here's a typical structure:

2 to 5 days (customizable for short or extended stay)

⏰ Daily Involvement
3–4 hours per day (flexible timing based on content plan and lighting conditions)

Rest of the day free to explore or edit

Regole

To ensure a meaningful, respectful, and productive collaboration, we request all media partners and content creators to follow these simple guidelines:

✅ DOs
Respect the Property & Guests
– Be mindful of other guests' privacy while shooting.
– Avoid filming anyone without their permission.

Stick to the Content Plan
– Complete agreed deliverables (e.g., number of reels/photos/stories).
– Share rough content ideas or scripts before shooting if requested.

Tag & Credit Properly
– Always tag our hostel and use agreed hashtags.
– Credit the hostel in captions and stories when content is shared online.

Maintain Professionalism
– Be punctual with activities or scheduled shoots.
– Keep communication open regarding edits, delays, or issues.

Share Final Content
– Submit final content files (photos/videos) in high resolution.
– Include permission for us to repost and use the content for promotions.

❌ DON’Ts
No Disruptive Behavior
– Loud or disrespectful conduct that disturbs guests or staff won’t be tolerated.

No Unauthorized Guests
– Only approved collaborators may stay or participate in content production.

No Misrepresentation
– Don’t make false claims or misleading representations about the hostel.

No Unapproved Commercial Promotion
– Avoid promoting competing businesses or brands without prior consent.

No Damage or Negligence
– Creators will be responsible for any damage caused to property or equipment.

⚠️ Note:
Failure to follow these rules may result in early termination of the collaboration and/or removal from the premises.
