Live the island dream! 🏝️
Join us on the breathtaking Saona Island and help out in our beachfront restaurant & bar. Your role will be fun and social: preparing cocktails 🍹, assisting the kitchen with light tasks👩‍🍳, and—most importantly—making sure our guests feel welcome, relaxed, and happy.

This is more than volunteering—it’s a chance to live in paradise, meet people from around the world, and enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle every single day

This is a unique opportunity to combine work, fun, and cultural exchange while living right by the beach. 🌊
As a volunteer, you’ll:

-Prepare and serve drinks at the bar 🍸
-Support our kitchen with small tasks 🍴
-Create a friendly, fun vibe where guests feel at home 🥳

In return, you’ll enjoy:

Attività e turni

Work is organized in shifts so you’ll always have time to relax and explore:

Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM ☀️

Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM 🌙
(Occasionally a mid-day shift depending on guest flow, but always with flexibility)

Main tasks:

Mixing and serving drinks 🍹
Keeping the bar clean & organized
Welcoming guests and making sure they’re having a great time ✨

➡️ Approx. 5 hours/day, 5 days a week, 2 days off.

To keep our island paradise fun and respectful, we follow a few simple rules:

🚫 No drugs (strictly forbidden)
🍺 No helping under the influence of alcohol
🤝 Keep a peaceful, drama-free environment
