About the Role:
We’re looking for an adventurous and creative Social Media Content Creator to capture the beauty of our island and showcase our hostel as the ultimate place to stay. This is the perfect role for someone who loves exploring, storytelling through visuals, and building an engaging online presence.

A Typical Day in the Role:

Travel around the island to photograph and film stunning locations—waterfalls, beaches, caves, hiking trails, snorkeling and diving spots.

Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels/stories) to showcase both the natural attractions of the island and the unique vibe of our hostel.

Regularly shoot lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content at the hostel to highlight our community, rooms, amenities, and events.

Edit and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with compelling captions and strategic hashtags.

Promote the hostel as a vibrant, must-stay destination for travelers through creative campaigns and consistent online presence.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about travel, photography, and content creation.

Confident using photo/video editing apps or software.

Able to work independently, explore the island, and stay organized with content planning.

A great communicator with a strong sense of aesthetics and branding.
