We are Hostel, two sister-run hostels located in the heart of Split, Croatia. Our small, family-run hostels are just a few minutes away from the beach and the historic Old Town of Split! We believe that the best hostels are all about the people and the atmosphere.
We already have a fantastic team of local receptionists, and now we’re looking for YOU to help us become the best hostel in town.
We’re seeking a volunteer to join us and take care of daily activities – someone who loves bringing people together and making travel even more enjoyable for our guests. Your role will be to create positive vibes, help travelers connect, and turn every day into a little adventure.

What we expect from you:
You’ll be in charge of leading daily activities such as:
– Taking guests to the beach
– Organizing casual walking tours through the city
– Leading small hikes to local viewpoints
– Guiding guests to nearby attractions or hidden spots
– Hosting sunset gatherings or social games
– Creating a friendly and inclusive environment for all guests

The schedule is flexible, and we’ll plan the activities together in person, based on our ideas. We love when volunteers bring their own energy and creativity, so we’re happy to adjust things to what works best for everyone!
