I spent about 4 weeks in the eco village, and it was a really great experience. I got to da variety of tasks so nothing got boring, and they are quite flexible in how you plan your day. Peter, Rita are very lovely and kind hosts. I was living with their employee Adrianne, who is very kind and funny and made me feel really welcome! Even in the cold it was still really nice getting to do tasks outdoor, because the mountains surounding the eco village are absolutley beautiful. I'm really grateful for this experience, and loved every second of it!

I had such an amazing experience at the eco village! Peter and Rita were so lovely and proactive. Adrienne and Monika made me feel so welcome! It truely is a magical place to volunteer, I felt like I was transported to a different time. Would highly recommend!

The 2 weeks I spent at the eco village were truly special! Peter and Rita are wonderful hosts and are truly kind people, I wish all the best for them in their venture! The accommodation was great with all you need, and flexibility to make your own meals as well as spend your free time as you please! The staff house is shared with Adrianne & his 2 cheeky cats who make for very entertaining house mates!! We had lots of fun and the work was varied and enjoyable :) I had a wonderful time here and would recommend anyone who is looking for some peace and solitude to spend some time! Obrigada! :)

We had a lovely time working with Olivia during her stay. She took on a wide variety of tasks — from picking linden blossoms for tea, to cleaning the chapel (no small feat!), gardening, and even helping with photo shoots for our social media. Olivia brought enthusiasm, flexibility, and a big smile to everything she did. She was a true pleasure to have around. My time at the eco village was a blast! It truly is a magical place and I loved contributing there in every way possible. It did not feel very much like work to me as I had fun helping in the garden, building a fence with Adrian & learning from Monika how to restore the bathroom tiles. I am thankful very every moment and will be back for sure when this place started running full business 🌟

I spent six weeks in the eco village and had a wonderful experience. Peter and Rita were incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and passionate hosts, making it a pleasure to work with them. The other volunteers were fantastic, and the project itself is both ambitious and exciting. The work was varied, with garden tasks in the morning and indoor work in the afternoon. The area is beautiful and relaxing, with opportunities to explore nearby river beaches and towns by bike. Thank you for everything – I loved my time here and hope to return soon! 😍
