The team puts so much love into creating a space where everyone belongs — and you can feel it in every conversation, every shared laugh, every quiet moment. I met people who became real friends, shared unforgettable adventures, and made memories I'll always carry with me. I joined funny quiz nights, beach tours, jeopardy, pizza & movie nights and so much more. Honestly this place is amazing. Leaving feels so hard, but I know this isn't goodbye — it's just see you later

One of the Best Hostels I've Stayed In! 🙏 Amazing facilities—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The vibe is fantastic! The Manager does an outstanding job ensuring everything runs smoothly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the things that really stood out is their commitment to gender equality, making it a safe and inclusive space for all travelers. Renting a scooter is a must due to the location, but it's totally worth it. No surprise they have excellent reviews on Hostelworld. Highly recommended! 🚀 Cheers Blue!

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel. My main role was teaching, and the two girls I worked with were wonderful and very enthusiastic about their education. The position turned out to be more like a full teacher than a tutor, which meant a heavier workload than expected. The sleeping arrangements were as described, though sharing a room with the students can take some adjustment. Overall, I'm very grateful for the opportunity and loved supporting their learning. I cant even put into words how much my month at the hostel meant to me. Everyone from the owners (Val and Pascal) to management (Blue and Dean), other volunteers and guests all made this place really feel like a home away from home. Work was fair and straightforward and I've got nothing bad to say about this opportunity. Hopefully I can return one day as the hostel is truly a special place and I want to thank you guys for everything!

I am absolutely in love with this place. Everyone, the owners, the managers, the team, and the guests, are simply awesome. It is truly a home away from home and feels like living together with your friends! The only thing is, that compared to other volunteering opportunities, it's not the best deal. It's lots of hours, and they take it very seriously even though we're only volunteers. And there are almost no benefits besides the accommodation. Regardless, I do think I would go back, because I love these people and the place deeply.

My month at the hostel was the best month of my life. The facilities are so good that it feels like home very quickly. Management (Blue and Steph) are amazing, fun and understanding people. The work is enjoyable and flexible with the schedule. The hostel brings a really strong atmosphere and there is a constant turnover of amazing people. I don't have a single bad word to say about my experience, can't recommend it enough.

I had an incredible experience volunteering at the hostel. Nestled on a stunning island surrounded by lush nature, this hostel is a true gem. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I met so many wonderful people from around the world. The sense of community here is unmatched, and I learned so much during my time volunteering. I had a great time volunteering in the hostel. It is a wonderful place that creates a community atmosphere for the guests and the volunteers, you don't even feel like you are working because you have a lot of fun. It is also an amazing place to met new people and get involved in an interesting international experience and dynamic. I highly recommend volunteering with them!

My experience at this hostel was incredible! I got along so well with all the staff and other volunteers, the hostel itself is so cozy, and Koh Tao is easily the best place to spend a month in Thailand! I recommend getting a motorbike as its location is a bit inconvenient if you are walking. Hours were exactly as agreed upon and I got to do reception work, bartending, and host events! It is not a party hostel but very social and fun. I was given lots of freedom to come up with weekly group activities and to help out with social media. Any skills you have will definitely be welcomed here :)
