We’re looking for positive, flexible volunteers with a can-do attitude, ready to dive into the daily rhythm of our place! 🌟 Your tasks may include:

Reception Support 🛎️: Welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and answer questions.

Housekeeping 🧹: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help maintain the cleanliness of common areas.

Gardening & Maintenance 🌱🔧: Water plants, assist with simple DIY tasks, and keep outdoor areas neat and inviting.

Social Media (optional) 📸✨: Create fun posts and stories to share our vibe online.

Guest Vibe 🎶: Help foster a friendly, respectful, and relaxed atmosphere.



In return, we offer:

🛏️ Free shared accommodation in the staff dormitory.

🍽️ Access to kitchen facilities to prepare your meals.

📶 Wi-Fi, 🧺 laundry, and 🚿 hot showers.

Attività e turni

🕐 Volunteers are expected to work 25 hours per week — typically 5 hours per day across 5 days.

⏳ Work hours and tasks are flexible depending on the lodge’s needs and your skills.

🎈 Free days are perfect for discovering Cape Town and its surroundings.

🤝 Collaboration, good communication, and teamwork are highly valued!

Regole

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask all volunteers to follow these simple guidelines:



General Conduct 🧘‍♂️:

Treat guests, fellow volunteers, and staff with respect at all times.

🚫 No excessive drinking, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities.

🚷 Zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment of any kind.

🌙 Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to respect sleeping guests.



Work Expectations 🛠️:

Show up on time and complete tasks as agreed.

Be proactive, adaptable, and ready to lend a hand where needed.




Accommodation & Facilities 🏠:

Volunteers stay in a shared staff dormitory.

🧼 Kitchen facilities are available — please clean up after yourself.

🚫 Respect common areas: keep them clean, quiet, and guest-free (no overnight
visitors).



Commitment 📅:

Minimum stay of 4 weeks (negotiable based on role and availability).

If you wish to leave early, please provide at least 3 days' notice.

We reserve the right to end the collaboration immediately in cases of misconduct.
