We’re searching for a creative and energetic volunteer photographer to join us on an unforgettable island-hopping journey aboard our catamarans! You’ll spend your days sailing across the crystal-clear Adriatic, visiting Croatia’s most jaw-dropping destinations like the Blue Cave, Hvar, Stiniva Bay, and the Pakleni Islands – all while doing what you love: capturing the best moments of happy travelers living their best lives.

You don’t need to be a professional photographer, but we are looking for someone with previous experience behind the lens who’s comfortable shooting people and capturing real, emotional, sun-soaked moments. We'll provide example photos of the style we’re aiming for, so you’ll know exactly what kind of shots to go for.

Having your own gear (camera, GoPro, drone, etc.) is highly preferred

What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who loves photography and storytelling
-Experience with any kind of camera (even a high-end phone) – but not a total beginner
-Having your own gear is a big plus (camera, GoPro, drone – whatever’s your style)
-Someone who’s social, upbeat, and enjoys working with people
-Adventurous spirit – you're joining an island mission, not just a job
-English conversational level – enough to talk with tourists and crew

AttivitĂ  e turni

Schedule:
4 days per week (usually between Monday and Sunday – we can be flexible)
Start time: ~7:30 AM | Return: ~6:00–7:00 PM (depending on tour type)

Your Main Tasks:
-Take high-quality photos of guests during the tour (on the boat and island stops)
-Capture authentic, joyful moments — no boring poses
-Send highlights to the team and/or guests at the end of the tour
-Enjoy free drinks onboard and a good vibe all day
-Optional: shoot additional content (Reels, stories, landscape photos) if you’re into it!

Regole

To make this experience amazing for everyone, we just ask you to follow a few simple guidelines:

Be professional – friendly with guests, but respectful and reliable
Be punctual – boats leave on time, so don’t be late
Bring good energy – we’re all about fun, chill vibes and good teamwork
Respect the sea and the crew – safety and teamwork come first
Follow the tour leader’s guidance – they’ll let you know what’s needed day by day
