What we offer:
- Free accommodation in shared dorm and breakfast
- 50% off on Food, Drinks, Tours, Motorbike Rental, Laundry
- 1 day off per week (please let us know few days in advance)

Attività e turni

Activities:

Host tournaments (Mario Kart, Beer Pong, Pool, etc.)
Organize quiz nights and karaoke sessions
Facilitate guest interactions and create a fun, inclusive atmosphere
Bring fresh, new ideas for events and activities to keep things exciting
Assist with setting up and cleaning up after events
Engage with guests, ensuring they feel welcome and entertained

Shifts:
Shift Duration: 5 hours per day
Shifts per week: 6 days a week
Event Timing: Typically from 6PM to 11 PM
Days Off: 1 day off per week to explore the island or relax

Regole

Rules & Expectations:

Punctuality: Be on time for your shifts and activities.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the hostel team to ensure events run smoothly.

Be kind to Guests: Maintain a friendly and kind attitude towards all guests and fellow volunteers.

Cleanliness: Help set up and clean up the event spaces to ensure the hostel stays neat.

Play zone: Setup the play are with different items like Drawing materials, Jenga, UNO, Cards etc in an inviting way to keep the guests engaged.

Creativity: Bring new and fun ideas to enhance guest experiences.

Alcohol Consumption: Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed during events, but guests should be responsible and respectful.

Communication: Keep an open line of communication with the hostel manager for any issues, ideas, or feedback.
