La experiencia fue súper buena. Los dueños son personas increíbles: muy amables, serviciales y siempre con una sonrisa. El staff también es divertido y buena onda, lo que hace que te sientas parte de la familia desde el primer día. Gracias a ellos pude conocer mucho más de la cultura vietnamita y aprender un montón de cosas. El lugar está muy limpio, la comida rica, el baño cómodo y en general todo funciona muy bien. Lo único a mejorar sería la coordinación y horario de las actividades como voluntario , para que la experiencia sea todavía más completa. Disfruté mucho mi tiempo aquí 💛

It was a truly great and unique experience. Everything went even better than I expected — the atmosphere was calm and friendly, the food was amazing, and the host and all the staff were respectful and super helpful. I also joined the loop tour, which was an unforgettable and incredible experience. Unfortunately, I only had the chance to stay for a week, but I really hope to come back again someday.

Thao and her whole the home family welcomed me warmly into their hostel. She takes care of the volunteers and makes sure we're good, doing our tasks, and having a great time. I wish I could stay longer here and be more of service because Ha the home is a quiet city in the north and I love just hanging out with the people at the reception. Thank you for everything guys 🫶🏼

The hostel was beautiful and we were welcomed in like part of the family. We had a great time and even went on the Loop, the whole experience was awesome. I had a fantastic time volunteering at the home! Without a doubt, the breakfast is a massive highlight, iykyk! Once we settled and got a clear understanding of the tasks and processes, everything ra smoothly. The owner places a lot of trust in her volunteers, which is wonderful; it really allows you to be proactive and take initiative. I personally felt proud being able to bring order and process to their marketing. Beyond the work, one of the most memorable parts of my stay was the Ha the home Loop and easy riders. amazing fellow volunteers during my time there!

Best company for Ha giant loop ever ! An unforgettable experience! I've done many volunteer projects, but the home is by far the best. Thank you Tao, every single team member, and all the amazing drivers — your kindness, energy, and smiles made me feel at home every day. The home was such a welcoming place to be in. The volunteer work (social media) was easy, I did it 6 hrs a day for 5 days a week. Thao gives you suggestions and recommendations of what type of content you should be posting and you bounce ideas off of her to better improve their socials. The staff there were super kind and welcoming. Every meal was so delicious and I'm super grateful to have been a part of such a great team 💕

Thao was a lovely host for this experience who introduced me to the team where I became part of the family 🫶🏻 I aided in providing English lessons as requested in exchange for a safe place to sleep, eat and meet locals!
