Our Hostel opened on the first of april 2025 and we decided to create this position for anyone that would like to help us take this brand to the next level!

If you have a drone, a camera or a genuine interest for social media, write us and we can come up with the best way to work together!

You will be living in the center of Sucre, one of the most vibrant (and safe) cities in south america and inspiration is at every corner.

We want to showcase the best Sucre has to offer and develop content about Bolivia that is both fascinating and relatable to all travelers that come through our doors and through this beautiful country!

Our Hostel opened on the 1st of april 2025, so as you can imagine, a lot of things are still in loading mode (as our website and Instagram) and would be amazing to have someone helping us with social media, filming and getting content ready! The Hostel has been full almost everyday since the first week of opening so it's really a beautiful mess to be around our little house for travelers.

Our Slogan is "HOLIS, your home in Bolivia", and that's precisely that feeling we want to show to every traveler that join us. Check our instagram to have an idea on what we expect @holishostel

Attività e turni

For this position we think the best is for you to help during the times we have activities going ( mainly in the afternoon from 5 to 10 pm) although we are very flexible and we can organize the activities according to your plans too! Activities include walking tours around town, karaoke nights, Trivia nights, BBQ's, other events we might be running at the time :)

Sucre is one of the best cities in the world to study spanish so if you wanna embark on that journey, we re happy to coordinate the volunteering hours with your studies.

We mainly want some content, photographs, videos and posts for our social media and for our website so if you are passioned about this (and have a genuine interest in our project) please let us know! We ll be happy to hear from you and to have you at HOLIS!

If you have design skills or you like to develop creative projects, we'll be also happy to hear from you!

Apart from creating content and depending on your skills, we might also ask you to help our staff during busy hours at the bar, making simple drinks, taking popcorn to guests or clearing glasses from the tables. Also, if we don't have another volunteer and you want to help out with organizing and running the weekly activities it's a plus :)

Be a HOLIS ambassador around the world and Latin America - word of mouth is our best friend and if you had a good time with us, we would love you to spread the word :)
Keep your space tidy and clean :)
No discrimination, racism, aggressive behavior, harassment of any kind is allowed in our home.

We are a home for travelers of all kinds - with different stories, from different cultures, with different ages and ideals - in the end we are all human!
