I spent 3 wonderful weeks with Farida, Antoine,Louisa and Nael, an adorable, accommodating and very funny family. They welcomed me with great kindness. The kids are absolutely charming and full of energy , and i truly enjoyed every moment spent with them. I also had responsibility of taking the children to school, picking them up,and spending quality time with them. I also had the chance to volunteer at a charity shop, a great experience that helped me improve my english. During my stay , I also visited the home ,Liverpool and London !! It was a very enriching and fantastic experience !!

I had a lovely experience! The work is not difficult, mostly taking care of the kids, taking them to school and activities afterward, and also doing some light household chores. The children are very smart, cute, and funny. Farida and Antoine raise their kids with love and values, and they are flexible, generous, and always making sure I felt comfortable and supported. I also improved my French and my English, and had the chance to travel to London, Liverpool, and the Peak District. I will miss being part of this family ❤️

I had a great stay with a French family inthe home. The children were adorable and very engaging, and the parents were really kind and welcoming. I was responsible for looking after the children (taking them to and from school, playing with them etc), as well as doing a few small chores around the house. Everything was quick and easy to do. I felt like a member of the family, which made leaving there quite difficult. I also had a lot of free time, which allowed me to work in a café and visit London and Liverpool. It was an enriching experience that I would 100% recommend!

I spent three weeks here and enjoyed it. i cannot fault Farida as a host, she is patient, friendly and very open to adjusting things. it's mostly childcare, taking the kids to school and clubs after. there's also easy chores like unloading the dishwasher. the kids are very fun and inquisitive but are kids - this can be hard to manage as a volunteer if e.g. they get upset. i explored lots on weekends, the train station is nearby. on weekdays it's difficult to go far, as you need to be back for the school run. it was also a good chance for me to improve my french which i appreciated
