I found in the hostel a second home truly. Gyoko ( my host) is one of the most generous people I have ever met. His good energy and open heart made this experience the best volunteering experience so far. The hostel is a place where everybody is welcomed. The tasks are easy and the guests are very friendly. The volunteer who has the chance to come here will be lucky. The city is a dream and I can't wait to come back in summer. I will miss this place very much. Thank you Gyoko!

This was my third volunteer experience, and I have no words to describe the fabulous energy of the hostel, Gyoko, and the other volunteers! Gyoko is an extremely generous, respectful, kind, and fun person! I felt like I was in my own home! And this was undoubtedly my best volunteer experience ever!

The hostel , it was my home away from home. Since I passed through that door I felt literally at home. Gyoko it's with no doubts the best host I could ask for , always making sure we're comfortable and have everything we need , The work is very chill and not demanding at all (at least not during the low season). Ohrid it's breathtaking ,the mountains , the hostel , the church it's just stunning… I just can't recommend it enough. Fala big brother 🤙 for everything you've done for us !!! See you soon …

The hostel is an amazing experience! The city is beautiful, and the hostel is stunning. Gyoko is such a kind and great host. The tasks are very simple, and you have plenty of free time to explore and enjoy the area. Highly recommended! :)

The atmosphere here is peaceful and full of good vibes. I'm truly grateful for this experience and for all the beautiful people I met here. I had such a wonderful experience during my time here! Gyoko is an incredible person and made sure everything was exactly as agreed. The workplace is very pleasant, the city is amazing, and the tasks are easy and well organized. I'm really happy with the time I spent here — it was truly special. Gyoko is the man so nice and welcoming. Hours are super chill and not too much work mostly making the beds, cleaning the kitchen and checking people in and out. Can't recommend this place enough

I had the best time volunteering at the hostel! Gyoko is such a fun and kind guy. He was always recommending things to do and gave me time off to do the things I wanted. The tasks were simple and Gyoko was super chill. There is such a social and friendly vibe at the hostel and I met so many cool people. I would highly recommend this experience!

If your looking for the best volunteer experience in the Balkans, look no further. Had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel. The vibes are amazing at the hostel with the host Gyoko and the guests. The town of Ohrid is small but charming, definitely a must visit. Your job will consist of helping with cleaning (making beds, cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming) as well as working reception (checking in/out guests, assigning rooms, keeping the vibes high). Gyoko is relaxed and flexible as long as you are respectful and understanding. Number One Rule is Have Fun!

It was a pleasure to have Aliya at the hostel. She was very sociable, proactive and organized. Aliya completed all her tasks in the hostel and even went above and beyond to plan social events for the hostel and assist in managing the hostel social media accounts. She is a great asset to any team!

Gyoko é o melhor host que já tive e Ohrid com certeza tá nos destinos mais lindos das minhas viagens pelo mundo.
