We have a cozy campsite and we are looking for people to join our team for kitchen work and bar work. Are you a real all-rounder and do you like to be active? Then we are looking for you! :)

Dettagli del programma

The program is very depending on the moment of the season. When it's good weather, people will come to the farm and then it's busy (same with holiday moments for example). When it's busy, we have a bit more strict schedule because we work with more people :) When it's not busy, we can schedule everything how we want and we can be flexible with everything. On busy moments, we have a bit more cleaning and lots more barwork. On the not busy moments, we do gardening tasks, organizing the area, and so on. So it's a bit difficult to say in advance how a typical day looks like.

Attività e turni

The bar/kitchen work is needed when it's busy/holiday and both depending on how busy it is on the campsite. That's why we are very flexible with schedules and shifts to adapt on that. You never work alone and always in a team, which is more fun and there is always a laugh :) We expect everybody to give 100% for the team and tasks. You are willing to help and not lazy ;)
It's important to know that when it's a 'working day' it is possible to schedule you on two moments of a day (for example one tasks in the morning and one task in the afternoon).
Activities and shifts: kitchenwork, barshifts, baking pizza's, gardening (when it's not busy), help to organize the bar/campsite (when it's not busy), cleaning the sanitary for 2 times a week and so on.

Regole

We are very flexible with hours and working days. There are no strict days or rules. So if you want free on several days, you can get free :) We go with the flow! Important is that we clean the sanitary together (this is a fixed thing during the season).
We want to ask you to be flexible with tasks and any other things, because we learn that on a farm everything can turn out completely different compared to how we scheduled it (that's life! :) ).
Most important thing: feel free to ask/give your preferences. So we all know what you prefer and what works best for everybody.
