L'esperienza

Trip'n'Hostel Chill Zone is a quiet hostel in the center of Tirana catering to remote workers, digital nomads and people who want a relaxed but social place to stay.

We need staff for a few hours in the morning, and then just helping out throughout the day as needed. Sundays are the busiest day since our cleaner gets the day off.

It's a plus if you work remotely, stay or volunteer at coliving spaces, or have other coworking experience.

Dettagli del programma

Our hostel offers mostly private rooms, with a single dorm, so the atmosphere is much quieter than other hostels. We keep the place cleaner than a standard hostel, too. Many guests stay for a week or more and work remotely while they're here.

When you're not working you get access to our coworking space, common areas, balcony and modern kitchen for the rest of the day, plus you can visit our other hostel location which caters to backpackers and offers a lively bar to meet other travelers.

Attività e turni

We mostly need help keeping the property clean and organized throughout the day, with the main shift from 8am to 12pm.

We have a cleaner in the mornings for 1-2 hours who handles the major cleaning tasks, but they arrive around 11am. Before that it's up to the staff to ensure the place looks good.

You'll help:
-change beds and sheets in rooms
-clean common areas
-put away dishes and restock kitchen supplies
-take laundry to and from laundromat
-feed our cat
-whatever else comes up
