It was a very enriching experience of learning and cultural exchange. Shift schedules were very well respected and any adjustments to requests were accommodated, and I was very well received by everyone. What a pleasure to meet everyone, especially the kitchen and bar staff. Whether it's the night or morning shift, the shifts are a lot of fun and the time flies by, plus it's a great opportunity to practice languages, learn about gastronomy, make drinks, and sample food and beverages. Thank you, the hostel family.

En el hostel Lima la experiencia fue de lujo! En el Hostal ningún detalle se deja al azar… Está muy bien administrado y todo funciona a la perfección. Con un equipo súper coordinado y comprometido. Donde tus tareas son claras y siempre estás apoyado por este fantástico equipo. Me recibieron muy bien desde el primer minuto y siempre fueron amables conmigo, para que me sintiera cómodo en todo momento. Gracias Kamila y a los “Patas de Cocina” Edén y Jorge, por todo su apoyo! La experiencia fue muy positiva en todo sentido! Por otra parte, Lima es una cuidad con muchos atractivos para conocer!

It was a very pleasant month and I am sad to leave this place. I've met some really cool people and was glad to immerse myself in the local work culture. However it was frustrating to find out that the description of the bartending tasks didn't align with the reality. If you're looking for a bartending opportunity to practise your mixology skills this is not the place. You don't really get to do the interesting tasks like mixing drinks or cooking food but rather do those annoying little tasks the staff doesn't want to do. Still a great experience

Had a good time at the hostel Lima hours were respected and the team was very flexible with my schedule since I was going to Spanish school in the mornings. The bartenders will do there best to make you feel comfortable and include you in things.

Adorei minha experiência no the hostel de Lima. Trabalhei com pessoas divertidas, respeitosas e responsáveis. Toda a equipe do hostel foi muito simpática comigo e sempre disposta a ajudar. O trabalho era tranquilo e ao mesmo tempo corrido nos finais de semana, mas nada que sobrecarregue. Dava para trabalhar e se divertir ao mesmo tempo.

Foi uma experiência muito enriquecedora de aprendizado. Horários de turno eram respeitados e fomos muito bem recebidos por todos, pessoas muito amáveis. É necessário gostar bastante de festas e atuar na vida noturna, porém os turnos são super divertidos e a hora passa rápido. Excelente oportunidade de praticar idiomas.

The hostel was a great experience! The staff was very welcoming, I barely know any Spanish and they were very helpful and kind, I felt comfortable. I met so many great people, and im gonna miss my work friends! The work itself in the bar was fun, and what I expected. The location is great for artistic inspiration, lots of activities to do nearby, great food, and Cusco is only a 1.5h flight! Highly recommend this experience.

This was a really fun place to volunteer. The staff are all lovely and the hours are kept really well. They're also flexible with the schedule which is great if you want to do day trips whilst staying in Lima. Great way to meet locals and practice Spanish as well as meeting lots of people staying at the hostel, which is beautiful and an amazing area to stay in.

Hay lugares donde uno se queda y lugares que se quedan en uno, el hostel no es la excepción ❤️ ame la experiencia de hacer voluntariado aquí, todo el hermoso staff (recepción, cocina, bar, limpieza) te hacen sentir en familia desde el día uno, pude conocer la hermosa ciudad de Lima y a su gente bella; forme parte del área de experiencias lo cual me permitió practicar mi inglés y crear fuertes lazos con el staff y los huéspedes; Gracias Fabricio (gerente) sin duda el motor del hostel, Gracias mi Christian (líder de experiencias y el mejor) por hacer de mi experiencia inolvidable!
