Madis place is absolutely beautiful, and it's a great opportunity to experience the local culture up close. The work was fulfilling, and I met some amazing people along the way. However, the communication could be improved to make things clearer. Thank you for this experience!

As a young individual, there is still much for Sinje to learn. Focus and dedication are essential in completing assigned tasks, and more attention is needed. However, she has shown good teamwork with her fellow volunteers.

Madi owns a beautiful piece of land that really allows you to connect with nature and sustainability. The purpose of this project is truly inspiring. I learned a lot from this place. However I do have to say the leadership and communication from madi does need to improve for community engagement with the volunteers.

Ruby is dynamic in her work but needs to learn active participation in assigned tasks. Respecting the local community, especially in communication, is also important, as cultural differences exist. I welcome everyone, but responsibility and adaptation matter.
