We have a small farm campsite in a rural area of Slovakia, with no villages or towns close by. For us and guest we keep a few horses. we are looking for a person who is interested to train one of our young horses. You must be experienced in training and handeling horses since he is not used to people. For the other horses we need help with short trail rides and holding them while the children are sitting on them.

This was my first volunteer experience, and it couldn't have been better. Bernadette, Arnold, and their daughter Katinka are a super-friendly family who made me feel at home from the very first moment. We took turns cooking, and lunch was a great time to chat. They're very respectful of work hours and help you with whatever you need so you can enjoy your free time. The farm is a beautiful space surrounded by incredible nature, very peaceful, and has a very family-friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend volunteering to everyone! I hope to return! Thank you for everything!

Arnold and Bernadette are incredible hosts. This was my first worldpackers experience and it was great, thanks also to their daughter Katinka. The place is very relaxing and is really great to conect with nature and the animals. The work is easy enough and they respect the hours given. Hoping to go back next time I'm in Slovakia and seen them again. Thanks a lot for this amazing experience :)

Farm and the camping is such a wonderful experience, Bernadette, Arnold and Katinka are a lovely and kind family that will make you feel at home for the very first moment ❤️ the place is incredible for resting, hiking, exploring the forest and have contact with farm animals, the guest are very nice and the ambience is familiar and very calm, was exactly was I was looking for, I cannot thank you enough for having me! The tasks are simple and the hours respect, I recommend 100% this voluntary job! I will miss you guys! ❤️

My first impression was that these moments would be very special, and they were until the end! It was fun doing activities completely different from what I'm used to. We cleaned the pool, watered the animals, cleaned the accommodations, mowed the lawn, and worked in the garden. We even tried chopping wood. We took turns cooking and shared meals together, talking about camping and local culture. The atmosphere was friendly and respectful. Bernadette and Arnold were very kind and took us to nearby towns. It was an amazing experience. No wonder many volunteers want to come back.

I volunteered at Farm & the camping in the Slovakian countryside, and it was a nice experience. I connected with new things, surrounded by nature and learning about the local culture. The tasks were manageable, not hard. Arnold and Bernadette, were flexible and always helped with our needs. We had a private room and assisted with meal prep. We also visited beautiful nearby towns. This was our first volunteer experience, and we are grateful for Arnold and Bernadette's patience in teaching us. They are open-minded and flexible. I definitely recommend this place to connect with nature.
