This place is a dream — amazing views, great vibes, and even better people. Zeljko and Nikola are super kind, always checking in, friendly, respectful, and clear with the tasks. We also had plenty of chances to explore the city and the area. I totally recommend it, and I'd come back for sure. Big hug!

My partner and I felt very welcome during our stay. We spent time with other volunteers and worked well as a team. Nikola was very kind with Zeljko. Some days we worked more than we had agreed, but the extra work was fairly compensated. They provided us with food and everything we needed. The only issue was a misunderstanding with a woman in the kitchen, and after that the staff seemed a bit uncomfortable. They have a beautiful orange cat. The monastery and the town of Kotor are magical places full of history. We truly appreciated the experiencie and recommend it.

The monastery experience was fantastic: great facilities, privileged seaside location, flexible schedule, and fun activities. Zeljko is an excellent, friendly, and helpful host, always wiling to assist. Nikola, who organizes tasks and avents, is kind, pleasant, and funny. the only downside was the souvenir shop couple: undfriendly, arrogant and often complaining. They seem to misunderstand the role of volunteers, treatring them more like employees than collaborators. Apart from that, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Monastery was once in a lifetime! The other volunteers were wonderful and we made friends quickly. The tasks were minimal and easy, and we had lots of free time to explore kotor and other areas. Zeljko was a great host, and Nikola was very clear with our tasks and communication. Overall a very fun and relaxing 3 weeks!!

I absolutely loved my time here. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen, it's truly a special place. Zeljko and all the other staff at the monastery are amazing people. They are all so funny and welcoming and make you feel right at home. The work was agreed upon every morning and usually consisted of light cleaning or gardening. Sometimes dinner parties are hosted in the courtyard and we would help clean up after. The food provided was delicious. I couldn't recommend this more and I hope to come back one day, one week wasn't enough.

This was a fantastic experience to say the least. I felt very welcomed from the start by the whole team. Zeljko is an amazing host who offers to take you places and gives you suggestions on where to go and what to see but is an even better person with a great sense of humour. The work is very fair and the location is stunning. Although I only stayed a week I still feel very fortunate to have experienced this and I would definitely return in the future.

One of the best experiences of my life. The team is wonderful, always kind and respectful, teaching and guiding with patience. The tasks are diverse and meaningful, many outdoor activities and opportunities to help the local community. The place is perfectly prepared for volunteers and the village is absolutely beautiful. Everything was incredible — highly recommended for anyone looking for a meaningful experience.

Staying at the monastery for a month was one of my best experiences. The place is peaceful, welcoming, and offers stunning bay views. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always make you feel at home. The work is well organized, not too intense, and they provide all the necessary tools. Accommodation and meals are included, so there are no extra expenses. It's the perfect place to disconnect from daily life, enjoy nature, meet wonderful people, and contribute to a meaningful project. I'd love to return in the future.

Like nothing I've ever done before; you get to live in a maritime museum, which means you have to hide from tours and make yourself small (sometimes unable to use the kitchen or facilities) but you're amongst early modern ship's tables, looted flags and carpets, busts of famous captains, and walkways where the stones have been worn down by centuries of walking. The specifics of the Worldpackers contract definitely seemed fuzzy (we might work more hours across 2 days, instead of a fuller work-day and a fuller rest-day) which made it hard to plan. I'd return, but plan more + get an escooter
