It was pretty rad. I ended up extending and I had my own room for my 6 weeks stay with an ocean view. The food is pretty good. The area is highly sought out by divers and snorkelers so if that's your thing-you will be pleased. There are soooo many creatures to see. The work itself is easy and Neriza and Michael are very nice. I worked 6 hours, 5 days a week, either starting or ending my shift a 2pm so there was always time to do something else with my day. They were also accommodating if I need a specific day off. The rest of the staff are super nice super nice and respectful.

I had an amazing experience. Impossible to describe in 600 caracteres how much I liked it. The place is beautiful, quiet, full of nature, the house reef is precious, and you can see many species. The room is comfortable, the meals are delicious and the staff is so nice. The mission is very interesting, I learned a lot and loved the contact with the guests, I met so many amazing people. Michael and his family will have a special place in my heart, they were so lovely, loved our conversations. They are involved in projects locally, and deeply connected to the ocean. I hope to come back soon.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The work hours were good, free food during work days and half price on my days off. Using snorkeling equipment is free and the hotel is right at the ocean. You are able to get a PADI diving course and dives for reduced prices as well!! The owners, staff and fellow volunteers are really lovely people and was fun talking with them. I wish them all the best moving forward! the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which makes it very peaceful, but highly incentivises to get a motorbike for ~5000 PHP at a rent shop for a month. Would come here again for diving 😁

Volunteering at the hotel was an amazing experience! We stayed at a beautiful the hotel, helped with admin tasks, and connected with international travellers and friendly local staff. A perfect mix of work, culture, and community.
