As a Worldpacker, you will actively promote our beachfront club during the day, invite guests to enjoy the vibe, and showcase our fine/casual Italian dining experience during peak restaurant hours. At night, you’ll bring energy and charm to the club, ensuring guests feel welcome and engaged. We value proactive, outgoing individuals who love connecting with people, embrace teamwork, and thrive in a lively environment.

We offer a dynamic experience in one of Boracay’s top beachfront locations. You’ll enjoy a fun and supportive atmosphere and the chance to connect with an international crowd. Gain hands-on experience in hospitality and event promotion while contributing to an energetic and vibrant team. Join us for unforgettable island vibes and meaningful work!

What you will get from us:
- Free accommodation
- Food allowance:
Option 1: 200php daily + 3 free drinks per night
Option 2: 350php daily
- 50% on any item in our menu (food & drinks)

2. Guest Engagement:
- Be a visible and welcoming presence in the restaurant during lunch and dinner hours, interacting with diners to enhance their experience.
- Maintain an energetic vibe and engage guests when the club opens at night, ensuring a lively and inclusive atmosphere.

3. Brand Representation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies.
- Uphold and represent the restaurant and club's values, ambiance, and Italian hospitality.
