Mi experiencia en el hostel fue hermosa. Aron e India fueron anfitriones súper amables y siempre hicieron que la estadía fuera divertida. El hostel tiene unas vibras súper lindas, de esas que te hacen querer quedarte más tiempo. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer día. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: está súper cerca de la playa. El ambiente es relajado, con buena energía y muy social. Súper recomendado para disfrutar Sámara. 🌴✨

I really thank Nadia for everything she did for my volunteering here. It was just perfect. The hostel is super clean and the work is very simple. Close to the ocean, paradise!

Tuve una estadía muy buena en el hostel, tanto que me quedé unos días mas de lo acordado. Mis tareas fueron en recepción y limpieza. Son tareas sencillas con horarios previamente establecidos. El lugar está situado en el medio de dos playas, por lo cual se puede ir perfectamente caminando a cualquiera de las dos. La habitación de voluntarios contaba con cortinas para tener mas privacidad y ventilador para cada cama. Es un lugar muy agradable donde estás en contacto con la naturaleza de Sámara y a la vez te podés hacer de amigos. Agradezco a Lara, Lautaro, India y Ronald por todo.✨️

I had a great time here! The tasks were simple and clearly explained. The beach is only a 10-minute walk from the hostel, and at the hostel, there are plenty of outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or reading. It was especially fun having other volunteers around, we often went to the beach together. It was also really nice because volunteers are provided with free food such as pasta, onions, tuna, rice for cooking! Overall, I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to enjoy a the hostel in Costa Rica! :)

I had such a good time in Samara! All the asked tasks are very straightforward, the shifts are 5 hours long - the beach is few minutes away from the hostel. the hostel is not the most social hostel but since Santa is very small you will definitely meet people very easily! A very great addition is the free food provided for volunteers (pasta, tuna, potatoes, rice…). I had a great time! Thank you for everything☀️

Gran experiencia, Pablo un súper host y excelente persona, siempre al tanto de lo que los voluntariados necesitábamos y del súper para que tuviéramos lo necesario para poder cocinar, el hostel es muy tranquilo y las tareas de recepción son muy sencillas, también se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando del centro y de la playa, Lara y Lautaro (los socios del hostel) también muy atentos de si todo iba bien en mi voluntariado, le recomendaría esta experiencia a cualquiera.

El hostel es un lugar muy tranquilo, agradable y en el que te sientes como en casa. Los anfitriones son una maravilla, atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con lo que sea necesario. Te ofrecen alojamiento y comida y, te recomiendan los mejores lugares para visitar. Samara es un lugar mágico que recomiendo a cualquier voluntario.

Working with the team of the hostel in Samara was an unforgettable experience. The work is relatively straightforward and easy and the people there treat you like family from the very beginning! I really enjoyed my experience as a volunteer there and I will definitely be going back if i can sometime in the future.

El hostel fue el mejor lugar para hacer un voluntariado. El hostel es limpio, es lindo y está muy bien ubicado. se cumple con todo lo acordado y las tareas son muy fáciles de hacer. Pablo, el anfitrión es muy empatico y se preocupa por que los voluntarios estén bien. Ademas, samara es un lugar increíble. Sin dudas recomiendo hacer este voluntariado ☺️

My volunteer experience here was unforgettable; Pablo and everyone at the hostel are so welcoming, supportive and have the best energy. Pablo's an amazing host; he's great with communication, supports you throughout the experience and makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The tasks are easy, the hostel's always clean, and everything was as described. If you're looking for a place to start “slow living” and reconnect with yourself and nature, this is perfect for you. Samara itself is life-changing and healing in so many ways. ♾️/10
