There is a real sense of community within the hostel. This is true for staff, volunteers and travellers alike! There is always so much fun to be had and everyone feels warm and friendly. You truly don't want to leave this place! I would absolutely recommend volunteering here as there is so much to do and the events planned are always fun. I wish I had come to this place sooner and it made the experience of Hanoi, that much better

I very much enjoyed my time volunteering at this hostel. If you are looking to meet amazing and diverse people this is the place to be. The staff is welcoming and makes you feel at home. But you also get a lot of chances to connect with guests. Working here teaches you skills both social and practical. The location, Homestay, food and all other benefits are just as amazing as the work. Even as a beginner working at a the hostel or reception you will quickly adapt and learn. Work itself is fun and engaging.

I truly felt warm and welcomed at the hostel. The managers Michael, Will, Gabriel, & Hector all are amazing people- very friendly and caring for everyone around. The stay, food & everything is good. The work is very chill and rewarding, got to learn a lot about the hostel management & cocktails from everyone there. Made many amazing connections, friends and memories there. Would absolutely recommend this opportunity to everyone looking forward for an amazing volunteering experience.
