Our volunteer program offers individuals the chance to contribute their web development skills to enhance the digital experience of our hotel. As a volunteer, you will work closely with our team to design, develop, and optimize our website, ensuring it reflects the beauty, services, and unique qualities of our hotel. In exchange for your contribution, we offer accommodation, meals, and a peaceful environment to work and relax.

Volunteers will work on improving the user interface, functionality, and overall design of our website, as well as handling updates and ensuring the site’s security and performance. You will have the opportunity to exercise creativity while working in a collaborative environment. Volunteers can also enjoy the amenities of the hotel during their free time.

Daily Activities:

Web Design & Development: Volunteers will be responsible for improving the aesthetics and usability of the hotel’s website, working on layout, typography, color schemes, and overall branding alignment.

Content Management: Volunteers will assist in updating the content on the website, including hotel information, photos, blog posts, and other features to keep it engaging and up to date.

SEO & Optimization: Improve the website’s performance by implementing SEO best practices, ensuring fast loading times, and optimizing the site for mobile and desktop devices.

Technical Support & Maintenance: Regularly check for bugs, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to keep the website functional and secure.

Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing and IT teams to ensure the website aligns with our promotional strategies and hotel operations.

Professionalism: Volunteers are expected to maintain a professional attitude during their shifts, adhering to deadlines and producing high-quality work.

Communication: Timely communication with the hotel’s team is crucial. Volunteers should regularly update their supervisor on progress, ask for clarification when needed, and report any issues.

Confidentiality: Volunteers must maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive hotel data or proprietary information obtained during their work.

Work Ethic: Volunteers are expected to work diligently and proactively, offering suggestions for improvement and taking initiative in their tasks.

Accommodation Etiquette: Respect for hotel property, common areas, and fellow volunteers is expected at all times. Any misconduct or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of your stay and participation.
