Welcome to our Volunteer Program at the Boutique Hostel! As a volunteer, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your tasks will include assisting with check-ins, maintaining common areas, and helping with special events. Once a week, you'll have the opportunity to carry out an activity with the guests to promote the community and create bonds between travelers.

In exchange, you'll enjoy a comfortable stay in our stylish hostel, meet travelers from around the world, and gain valuable experience in hospitality. We value your enthusiasm and commitment, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Join us in making our hostel a memorable place for everyone!.

Attività e turni

Activities:
Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Help guests with smooth arrivals and departures.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist in keeping communal areas and rooms clean and inviting.
Event Coordination: Organize and host social events like mixers, game nights, or local tours.
Customer Service: Provide information and recommendations to enhance guests' experiences.
Reception Duties: Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries.

Shifts:
Morning Shift: Typically from 7AM to 12PM,
Afternoon Shift: Usually from 1PM to 6 PM,
Evening Shift: From 6PM to 11PM

Regole

Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are typically from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect other guests.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the hostel.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms and common areas. Please check with the front desk before inviting visitors.
Cleanliness: Keep your personal belongings organized and clean up after yourself in communal areas.
Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol is allowed in designated areas only. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Behavior: Be considerate and respectful towards other guests and staff. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
