I had an incredible time volunteering! I got to meet so many locals and it truly felt like home. I was even allowed to stay longer than I had planned because I was having such an amazing time. The work is fair and not complicated I loved talking to people to help them improve their English!

My experience was extremely positive. From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable at all times. I had the opportunity to interact with the staff, which greatly enriched my stay. The facilities are pleasant, the food is of excellent quality, and the schedule was quite flexible. I highly recommend this volunteer program, as it provides safety, comfort, and a welcoming environment in every sense. Moreover, as a woman, I always felt secure and supported, and the accommodation provided contributed significantly to making my experience truly rewarding.

Truly Grateful 🤩🤩 An Amazing Expirence Beyond What I Imagined. Im honestly so grateful for this opportunity. I didn't come with any expectations, but this expirience ended up surprising me in the best way posible.💯💯 The hotel is super comfortable and beatuful, with many great facilities - including swimming pools, sauna, 🧖🏻gym, billiards room, and more. The working hours were very manageable and relaxed, which gave me time to enjoy everything the place has to offer. The food was another big highlight: even though the app mentions two meals, i actually received three delicious buffet meals!! 😃

I was accepted to volunteer in the hotel with very short notice and I had a very warm welcome from the staff who work in the hotel. They were flexible about work options and my preferred hours, and the work in the cafe was easy and sociable, and I got to learn a lot of Turkish phrases through this. It's a great opportunity to experience local life in a small Turkish town and learn some Turkish, since the locals and staff generally don't speak a lot of English. I had a lot of fun with the staff and many relaxing moments in the nearby nature.

Volunteering at Esila Hotel was a great experience! The buffet meals were delicious, tasks were very easy, and we had access to the pool, sauna, and pool tables, which made everything super enjoyable. The place is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and always tries to communicate with you, creating a beautiful cultural exchange. I felt really welcomed and comfortable during my stay! 🥳🙏🏼

Cannot recommend this place enough! They accepted me on a short notice but still managed to make it a great experience. As soon as I arrived, Ahmed and Elnara welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. They took me for a tour of Termal, a small but beautiful little Turkish town, aswell as the bigger city the hotel close by. The work is just as agreed upon, the food is amazing, and I have absolutely no complaints about my stay here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Big thank you to everyone who was a part of my experience here <3

My experience with this host was negative. The profile manager is not the person who actually receives volunteers. Before arriving, we were told they no longer worked at the listed hotel and offered another volunteer in a different city, which we accepted since we had to leave the country, but this was not listed on their profile. The accommodation was not as promised, we were told we'd only spend one week in a single bed, but ended up spending more than two weeks because another extended her stay without us knowin, there was no clear plan or schedule, tasks were improvised and disorganized.

Nos fuimos antes de la fecha estipulada y no actualizo Worldpackers porque el no es quien lo maneja. no revisa tu información; te envía un cuestionario y a su Instagram, parece solo para ganar seguidores. nos dijo que ya no trabajaba en el hotel y ofreció una “posición” en otra ciudad, por necesidad aceptamos. prometió que solo dormiríamos una semana en una cama sencilla mientras la otra voluntaria se iba, pero pasaron más de dos semanas y seguimos en un somier porque le pidió a la otra chica quedarse sin avisarnos. No tiene un plan ni horario en su “proyecto” las tareas son improvisadas.

I applied for the bartending position but was informed upon my arrival that I would be on the housekeeping team since hotel isn't busy and I don't speak Turkish. Im flexible and didnt mind but not sure why this couldn't have been communicated before. I was also lead to believe that I would be working at different hotel. Work is easy and not long hours. Hotel staff is incredibly kind and the food was good. To my surprise I stayed in one of the hotel rooms which was cool. Parts of the hotel such as the rooms and spa amenities were dirty or not working entirely but the sauna & pool were good :)
