Sin duda es la mejor experiencia de mi vida!🌞. No solo aprendí sobre alimentación saludable, sino que mi mente cambió por completo luego de cada conversación con Jesús (el anfitrión). Es un espacio en el que puedes expandir tu consciencia, crecer y cambiar tu forma de ver la vida. Me voy creyendo en la magia de la vida y queriendo construir un nuevo sistema -más amoroso, valioso y sano-. La familia y el lugar son espectaculares; me sentí como en casa😊. Lo recomendaría sin pensarlo dos veces si quieres aprender a nutrir tu cuerpo, evolucionar y ver la vida con otros ojos! Simplemente gracias❤️

I want to say many thanks to Jesus and Vikki, it was a pleasure to collaborate with both of you. My time at the eco village was more than a learning experience; it was a time to grow, relax, and reflect on my goals. My stay was joyful, every day brought something new to learn, from cooking, singing, and playing games to simply chatting and enjoying our nights together. Plus, I was able to prepare some dishes with others what a beautiful experience! Thanks to Vikki for sharing her dessert recipes, staying on top of the volunteers' needs, and caring for each of us. I highly recommend this opportunity.

Jesus and Victoria were lovely. the eco village was truly a unique experience where I was shown new ways to cook and live. Jesus makes the kitchen a calm environment to reflect and learn, or chat and sing. Victoria keeps the humor alive and shows care for each of the volunteers making you feel at home. If you are looking to explore new ideas for food and peaceful living, I would highly recommend the eco village.

Foram dias maravilhosos ao lado desses queridos, Jesus e Vic são excepcionais, excelente lugar para se conectar com a natureza, fazer bons amigos, se nutrir de paz de espirito e de ótima culinária, tudo feito com alma e muito afeto. Volunteering at the eco village was truly a lovely experience. Jesus is a joyful, generous, and fun human who brings so much creativity and spirit into everything he does—especially in the kitchen, where he's a true trailblazer for this evolving style of nutrition in Italy. Cooking, gardening, team workouts, sharing meals, swimming in the lake, endless ping pong. The balance of giving and simply enjoying life was beautifully honored. I also got to connect with people from around the world, which made the experience even more enriching. An unforgettable experience 💛

I learned so many skills and knowledge at the eco village during a month I stayed here. I appreciated the positive energy and kindness of Jesus and Victoria while working with them. The team had variety of activities from sports to board games, making it easy to stay engaged and never feel bored. The location is in a small, peaceful town but it can be a bit challenging if you want to travel frequently to nearby cities. Overall, I'd highly recommend the eco village if you're looking for a break from urban life, want to reconnect with nature, and are open to learn new skills in a supportive community.

Staying at the eco village was like living a dream. I was so excited to meet everyone there, and from the first day, I felt like a part of their community. They are incredibly welcoming, communicate well, and are always ready to teach and learn with openness. I did'nt just improve my language skills, I also learned a lot about their goals of making a positive impact on the socio-cultural environment. You'll feel so inspired to see life from a new perspective that staying in your room just won't be an option. Oh, and thank you for the dance classes in the kitchen, I'm so grateful!

You don't spend time here, you gain life. I came for a break from the corporate grind and left with nutrition skills, a love for meaningful work, and real human connections. Jesus's vision about food and life is clear and deeply inspiring. I worked with amazing people from all over the world, improved my English, and embraced new perspectives. The environment is healthy ( that many wanna stay longer than planned), roles are clear, and there's space to grow. The hosts are full of energy and always propose sports or lake dips, pack gym clothes and a swimsuit! Go the eco village, get Eatvolved!

My experience at the eco village was truly magical. It was exactly what I was looking for: kind-hearted people, meaningful connections and an amazing place sorrounded by nature. Jesús, Viki, Vik, Ivita and Mango ♥ received me with so much love... They felt like family almost instantly. I learned so much things... the eco village it's a community, a lifestyle and a bridge to self-discovery and growth if you are really open to it. Every moment there is an invitation to slow down, to connect and be present. Pure inspiration!! I couldn't have asked for a better first volunteering experience. GRAZIE!!!!!!!!
