We are seeking volunteers who are passionate about events, socializing, and of course, surfing! If you love meeting new people, organizing and promoting events, and want to enjoy everything Arugam Bay has to offer, you are the right person for us. Your main responsibilities will include:

Helping to promote events at our bar.
Interacting with guests, ensuring everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
Going out with guests, showing them the best spots and events in Arugam Bay.
