The school is a truly beautiful project managed by the school and Thoeng. Their passion and love for the kids is contagious. During our stay there, we had the chance to interact and teach to the kids with experiencing the real Hmong culture. It is so nice bc in exchange of your work the school really takes good care of the volunteers by bringing them around, showing awesome landscapes and making them live the real Hmong culture. The kids are very committed and they love learning English. They were always coming from hours of school during the day and still had energy to learn!

Such an amazing experience being able to help students learn english. the students were so lovely and very welcoming, they were eager to learn and participated in every activity. the communication between the hosts was good as well any questions i had i was able to get help straight away without any issues. would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Overall, I had a good time here! The kids were lovely and really eager to learn. the school was sweet, took us on tours and made sure we were taken care off. There were other volunteers and I briefly stayed at a local family. The location in Chiang Mai just opened up and this came with some structural/planning challenges though. When the school was not there, the communication was a bit of an issue. You mostly had to reach out yourself for the schedule etc, so it required proactivity from you. Also you had to come up with the material for the lessons yourself, but this gave room for creativity too

I loved teaching the kids english with the school. All the kids are so kind and eager to learn! It makes the teaching really fun! the school is very kind and eager to help in anyway she can. Everybody us really welcoming. Sometimes you have to be proactive and ask questions.
