We are looking for proactive volunteers to help with general cleaning and maintenance tasks. At the moment, we are also in the process of moving furniture between floors, reorganizing spaces and redecorating, so flexibility and a hands-on attitude are important. Basic handyman skills are welcome, but motivation and willingness to help where needed matter most :)

This volunteering program was better than expected. I felt welcome and I felt like your personal space and needs are respected. The people I met were kind, caring and I felt accepted as I was. The job, that was not difficult, helped me connect with the community and learn about them and about the country. The activities that you are entitled to, like Kundalini yoga class, made me feel that my work was appreciated and I'm grateful for these benefits. I was really happy to get to know people from Finland and from different parts of the world and enjoy time together.

I spent a wonderful few weeks in the Center over Christmas and New Year. The experience was challenging at times - as communal living often can be - but facing those challenges, and growing from them, had been one of the reasons for my volunteering trip. My time in Tammisaari was full of magic, cosiness, friendship, and I came away feeling very grateful for the experience. Tasks were manageable and there was plenty of time for rest and relaxation.

This was truly one of the best experiences of my life. I had the chance to meet people from all around the world and, of course, our wonderful host. I loved staying in the Center, there's the chance of choosing your tasks based on what you prefer, I enjoyed spending time in the nature, one of my fav tasks was gardening. The atmosphere is something out of this world, I had the best time enjoying some relax and I had the chance to also do some meditation and focus on my needs. Thanks to the free time I had the opportunity to meet a lot of locals, who later became my friends. I will come back asap!

Ilaria was very sweet and respectful in the community. She was very flexible in the tasks and adapted very well to the dynamics of our center. Together with another volunteer, they made a great team and delighted us with their delicious meals. We highly recommend her!

I had a great first experience at the Center. The people were friendly and made me feel welcome. I did feel a bit lonely in the first few days. Most volunteers had come in pairs and I found it difficult to integrate myself. Luckily, a new lone volunteer came a bit later and I was able to have much more fun. The tasks vary from cleaning, doing laundry and cooking/baking, to gardening and helping out at the kombucha brewery. I liked doing the laundry. The hours are flexible and they give you enough independence to decide when to take a break and when to have days off. I highly recommend ❤️

Ilona was an important part of the community, at first she was a little shy until she opened up and was very supportive, explaining the tasks to new volunteers and accompanying them. She was very responsible and flexible with the tasks and we could trust her a lot. We highly recommend her!
