We like to think about our hostel as a place where travellers can relax, chat with welcoming people and get some useful information & tips for their travels around the country. For that we need a person who likes working with people and ready to answer all of the arising questions.

Receptionist main tasks are: greet guests, check-in/out, answer phones/messages/emails and help our guests to have a wonderful hostel experience :)

Dettagli del programma

The program we are using is easy to learn since it's very self-explained. Usually it takes from 4 to 6 days for the volunteer to be very confident using it.

Attività e turni

We have morning shift 8-16 & evening shift 16-00.
The tasks are quite similar in both shifts yet they both have their own dynamics.

Tasks to expect the most: chekins/checkouts, answering guests questions online & offline, help the processes at the hostel go smoothly.
