As a volunteer at Black Llama Hostel, one of the most important aspects of the role is to create a social atmosphere that guests enjoy. This means actively engaging with guests, being friendly, and making them feel welcome. The goal is to create an environment where guests want to stay at the hostel to meet new people and make friends. It's important to be approachable and to be able to strike up a conversation with guests. Your positive attitude and sociability will be key to making guests feel at home and making them want to come back to the hostel.
